分析：
1、/usr/lib/hue/build/env/bin/hue kt_renewer 执行这个报错
2、/usr/lib/hue/build/env/bin/hue runcpserver 执行这个报错
解决方法：
手动执行如上两个命令

手动安装这个module即可。
pip install idna
