BFD提供一种在两个接口之间的低负载、快速的链路检测方法。基本原理周期性并极短时间发送小包来检测链路是否连接正常。
BFD必须邻居之间都支持，默认echo包50ms，control包是250ms。
注意，BFD不能和uRPF一起使用，否则echo包被拒绝。因此关闭nRPF，No ipv4 verify unicast source reachable-via
BFD在ios中接口配置，在IOS XR上是协议配置。
BFD分为Echo mode和asynchronous mode，二者都发送udp的包来进行检测。
Echo mode 出去后回到原点，源和目的相同源目端口相同3785
Asynchronous mode 源不一致 源地址自己直连口或者route-id口，目的是remote地址，源目端口不同3785和49152
BFD支持的应用

–Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM)
BFD is supported for connections over the following interface types:
–Packet-over-SONET/SDH (POS)
–Gigabit Ethernet (GigE)
–Ten Gigabit Ethernet (TenGigE)
–Virtual LAN (VLAN).
注意：TE/FRR 支持BFD要在pos口和以太链路上。

在bgp中配置BFD
