原因：
用administrator登陆到exchange 2003，备份一个名为test用户的邮箱，不成功。
原因是administrator没有test用户邮箱的存取权限，打开“AD用户和计算机”，找到test用户，右击-“属性”-exchange高级--邮箱权利---添加administrators组，设置权限为“读取” ，“邮箱完全控制权限”
再次使用ExMerge.exe备份，就OK 了
