一、采用sqlplus查看

64位：

[oracle@rh7 ~]$ sqlplus '/as sysdba'

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.3.0 Production on Wed Jun 24 14:14:10 2015

Copyright (c) 1982, 2011, Oracle.  All rights reserved.

Connected to:
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production

SQL>

32位：

[oracle@rh65 ~]$ !sql
sqlplus '/as sysdba'

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Wed Jun 24 14:20:50 2015

Connected to an idle instance.

二、查看version

64位：

SQL> select * from v$version;

BANNER
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.3.0 - Production
CORE    11.2.0.3.0      Production
TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

32位：

SQL> select * from v$version;

BANNER
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
CORE    11.2.0.1.0      Production
TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production

如果是64位，用sqlplus 连上之后会显示具体的位数信息，32位则不会显示。

三、查看v$sql
64位：

SQL> select address from v$sql where rownum <2;

ADDRESS
----------------
00000000788E0A20

32位：
SQL> select address from v$sql where rownum <2;

ADDRESS
--------
69A9E378

64位输出的是16位16进制，32位输出的是8位16进制数
