利用spring cloud 的 spring-cloud-config-server 组件 搭建自己的配置中心 config-server
配置文件可以存放在 github ,gitlab 等上面，搭建自己的注册中心，完成对配置的统一管理和访问，后期我们会实现配置的动态刷新。
把配置文件放在github 上

文件名格式
应用名-环境配置.yml
例如： spring-school(应用名)-dev(profiles 环境配置)
server 端配置：
1.pom引入

3.启动类注解
